Bloom Hearts is a small, independent shop. All items are original designs and are handcrafted by me, founder of Bloom Hearts

We strive to ship all cozy packages within 2-5 business days.

To keep shipping prices as affordable as possible, most orders are sent via "Snail Mail" in a standard envelope without tracking. Tracking is only automatically included for larger items that do not fit in a standard envelope.

If you would like to upgrade your order to include tracking, please send me a message before or immediately after ordering, and we can discuss the additional shipping costs.

Since most items are sent via snail mail, please allow at least 4 weeks from the date of shipment for your order to arrive. If it still hasn't arrived after that window, please reach out to me.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. I am a small business and I want to make sure you are happy with your "Bloom Hearts" goodies!

For most domestic and international orders, I use Canada Post. For orders heading to the United States, I typically ship via Chit Chats.

Yes! We love sending Bloom Hearts magic all over the world. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
